Zero to Private
40 hours flight time minimum. Covers all FAR 61.109 requirements. Cessna 172S or Cirrus SR-20 based. VFR, dual and solo, cross-country, night, and instrument intro.

Private Pilot
INITIAL CERTIFICATE · FAR PART 61
40-hour minimum. Cessna 172S or Cirrus SR-20. VFR only. Dual, solo, cross-country, night. Written and practical included.
Instrument Rating
FAR PART 61 · ADD-ON
50 hours instrument time. DA-40 NG or Cirrus SR-22 NA. G1000 NXi and Perspective+ throughout. Approach training in South Florida's real IFR environment.
Commercial Certificate
FAR PART 61 · ADD-ON
250 total hours. Complex aircraft required — Beechcraft Bonanza G36 or DA-42. Maneuver proficiency, cross-country planning, commercial practical.
Multi-Engine Rating
ADD-ON · YOKE OR GLASS
Diamond DA-42 (glass) or Piper Seminole (yoke). Engine-out procedures, Vmc demonstrations, multi-engine aerodynamics. 10-15 hour typical completion.
CFI Initial
FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATE
FOI, technical subject areas, flight instructor practical. DA-40 NG based. Includes written exam prep and initial practical preparation.
CFII Add-On
INSTRUMENT INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATE
Instrument instructor practical. Must hold CFI and instrument rating. DA-40 NG or Cirrus SR-22 NA. Written and practical prep included.

PT6A-67P turboprop, Apex Pro avionics, pressurized cabin. Ground school, systems, normal and abnormal procedures. 15-20 hours flight training.
TBM 960 Transition

High Performance
ENDORSEMENT · FAR 61.31
Cessna 182T Skylane or Beechcraft Bonanza G36. Required before acting as PIC in aircraft with engines over 200 HP.
Complex Aircraft
ENDORSEMENT · FAR 61.31
Beechcraft Bonanza G36 or Piper Seminole. Retractable gear, flaps, and controllable-pitch propeller. Required for commercial practical.
Tailwheel
ENDORSEMENT · THREE-POINT
American Champion Decathlon. Ground loops, crosswind technique, three-point and wheel landing. The fundamentals that make every pilot better.
Aerobatic Training
EXTRA 330LX · UPRT
Loops, rolls, hammerheads, spins. Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT). Available at introductory, proficiency, and competition levels.
CAPS Recurrent
CIRRUS OWNERS · ANNUAL
Annual CAPS system review, ground procedures, and decision-making training for Cirrus owner-pilots. Required by most Cirrus hull insurers annually.
IPC — Instrument Proficiency Check
CURRENCY · FAR 61.57
Restore instrument currency. DA-40 NG, Cirrus SR-22 NA, or simulator. Approaches, holds, partial panel. Logged with an Apex CFII.
